Inclusion+ in Vilnius: Planning, Progress & Practice

In February 2025, the Inclusion+ team reunited—both in person and online—for a two-day
working meeting at Vilnius University. This gathering was a key moment to take stock of our
progress, evaluate ongoing activities, and gear up for our next major step: launching the
Collaborative laboratory to define priorities (Collabs).

Together, we defined priorities, fine-tuned our plans, and explored how these labs will unfold
across the coming semester. The meeting also featured hands-on training sessions designed to
equip partners with the tools and strategies needed to bring our Collabs to life.
